Observe On Curative Effect Of Erchen Decoction And Zhisou Decoction On Patients With Post-infectious Cough

ObjectiveTo study and explore Erchen Decoction and Zhisou Decoction on patients with post-infectious cough(PIC)treatment effect.To find a better way to treat Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Type patients who often live in Southern China.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2016,60 cases of patients with Deficiency and Dampness Type PIC in XinHui hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All of the cases reach the criteria of diagnosis described in "Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of cough".They were randomly divided into two groups.Age and course of disease are no statistically significant.To control the implementation of Western medicine therapy group,namely:Taking dextromethorphan and Ebastine,treatment group were treated by Erchen Decoction and Zhisou Decoction.Seven days for a course of treatment.Value the main symptom and secondary symptom score with applied self-determining quantitative score table before treatment and after treatment 7 days later.Get two groups clinical efficiency by counting the value.Two groups of patients with clinical total efficiency were compared.ResultsAnalysed the values of two groups by T test,the total symptom statistics and the main symptom statistics of two groups are no statistically significant(P>0.05).After 7 days.of treatment,the total symptom statistics and the main symptom statistics of two groups are significantly statistically significant(P<0.05).After Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test,we get that the clinical total effective rate of the the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionFor the treatment of PIC,Erchen Decoction and Zhisou Decoction,compared with the conventional western medicine treatment,with more significant effect,can quickly and effectively cure PIC,can inprove the quality of patient' s life.Clinical effect is significant and worthy for the clinical promotion.
