Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shema Zhisou decoction on chronic cough in children(Syndrome of wind lurking in the lungs).Methods: 60 children with chronic cough(wind-fu lung collateral type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 cases,before treatment to improve the case data,record the patient's sex,age,weight,degree of illness,major TCM symptom score,secondary TCM symptom score and so on.The treatment group took the traditional Chinese medicine Shema Zhisou decoction,the control group took montelukast sodium tablets,the dosage of the drug was adjusted according to age and body weight,after three consecutive courses of medication to observe the improvement of cough degree,cough times,cough time,expectoration,pharynx itch discomfort,nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny sneeze symptoms,and parallel mycoplasma pneumoniae anti-physical examination A SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to compare the two groups of data,analyze and draw a conclusion.Result: Clinical observation and analysis of treatment group and control group:intra-group comparison: the main and secondary TCM symptom score and total score of the two groups were decreased after treatment,the statistical results P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Shema Zhisou decoction and montelukast sodium tablets were effective in the treatment of children with chronic cough(wind-fu lung collateral type);on the single symptom score,the results of intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group and the control group the single symptom score.Comparison between groups: total effective rate 93% in treatment group and 73% in control group P statistical results <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;the main and secondary TCM symptom scores and total scores were lower than those of the control group,and the statistical results were P<0.05.05,the difference was not statistically significant,the overall injection of Zhisou decoction to improve the various TCM symptoms The effect is better.Antibody conversion rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the statistical results P<0.05,thedifference was statistically significant.From the adverse reactions(such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting,etc.),the adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,and the statistical analysis P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Shema Zhisou Decoction in treating children with chronic cough(wind-fu lung collateral type)is definite and the adverse reaction is less.
