Clinical Effect Observation Of Wenfei Zhisou Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma(Wind Cold Attacking Lung Type) And Its Effect On Serum ICAM-1

Objective: To observe the effect of Wenfei Zhisou Decoction on clinical symptoms and serum ICAM-1 level in patients with cough variant asthma(wind cold attacking lung type),and to evaluate its therapeutic effect and clinical safety.Methods: From June 1,2020 to December 30,2020,64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of cough variant asthma(wind cold attacking lung type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 patients in each group.In the treatment group,30 cases were observed due to 2 cases lost to follow-up,while in the control group,1 case lost to follow-up and 1 case was not treated according to the requirements,so the actual observation was completed 30 cases were observed.The treatment group was given oral Wenfei Zhisou decoction,150 ml each time,twice a day;the control group was given oral montelukast sodium tablets,once a night,for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,cough symptom score,cough symptom onset time,serum ICAM-1 content and safety index were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was betterr than the control group(P<0.05);3.The cough symptom scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);4.After treatment,the serum ICAM-1 levels of the two groups were decreased(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);5.The onset time of cough symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);6.After treatment,the blood routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram,liver function and kidney function of the treatment and the control group group were normal.Conclusion:1.Wenfei Zhisou decoction can improve the TCM syndrome curative effect of cough variant asthma(wind cold attacking lung type);2.Wenfei Zhisou decoction can improve cough symptoms and shorten the onset time of cough in patients with cough variant asthma;3.Wenfei Zhisou decoction can reduce the serum ICAM-1 level in patients with cough variant asthma(wind cold attacking lung type),which is safe and effective in clinic.
