| The State Grid Corporation of China has been vigorously encouraging the building of power grids in recent times,continually enhancing the overall construction level and excellence of the grid,and continually augmenting investment to satisfy the burgeoning need for power construction.State Grid Corporation devotes particular attention to the building of a variety of substations.The complexity of controlling the cost of substation construction projects is compounded by the immense investment,lengthy construction period,and numerous influencing factors.Neglecting cost control will cause the project cost to soar,resulting in losses for businesses.Therefore,cost control is particularly important.This paper seeks to analyze the cost management of a 220 k V power transmission and transformation project in Xizhai,Taiyuan,Shanxi Province,and amalgamate the research outcomes from both domestic and foreign sources.A thorough and exhaustive analysis and research can be conducted by systematically summarizing the pertinent theories,cost control techniques,and the cost composition of the project.This paper employs the hierarchical relationship analysis technique to assess the essential components of project cost control,and then delves into the analysis of those same elements.An assessment of the project’s advancement and the potential causes of cost discrepancies is conducted through the earned value analysis technique,with effective control measures being implemented to modify cost regulation in the later stages of the installation.Finally,the goal of project cost control is achieved.We summarized efficient techniques to manage the cost of the220 k V power transmission and transformation project in Xizhai,Taiyuan,Shanxi Province through a thorough on-site investigation and process analysis.The company’s power transmission and transformation projects were cost-controlled through the implementation of management,technical,and contract measures,as well as providing experience. |
