As an industry related to the national people’s livelihood,the power transmission and transformation project occupies an important link in the power transfer,and plays an important role in the current situation of the country’s strong promotion of carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy.As an engineering project,power transmission and transformation projects have the characteristics of long construction period,complex construction environment and capital intensive in the implementation process.These characteristics make the development process of power transmission and transformation projects uncertain,and poor management will affect the project progress and produce progress risk.As the supporting project of the power transmission and transformation project,the progress management quality will directly determine the progress of the whole project.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth construction of the project,the investment and construction enterprises need to use scientific management methods to find all kinds of risks affecting the progress of the early stage of the project,and take relevant measures to solve them,so as to improve the risk management level of the early stage of the power transmission and transformation project.From the perspective of project risk management,this thesis will take the A power transmission and transformation preliminary project as an example to analyze and put forward measures to solve the related progress risk problems.In this paper,through the early transmission and transformation of the project investigation and understanding,combined with project schedule management and project risk management theory,finally selected the early stage of the project as A research case,to the early stage of the project progress risk analysis,and through qualitative quantitative analysis method,establish the early stage of the project progress related risk management system.The research and analysis process of this paper mainly consists of the following steps:first,using literature and historical data research and Delphi method to list the progress risk factors arising in different stages in the early stage of the power transmission and transformation project;Secondly,combined with the Delphi method and the actual project,the risk factors unrelated to the A power transmission and transformation project are excluded;Then a hierarchical analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the associated risk factors,Clarify the weight of each risk factor,To determine the risk value,Find out the main risk factors in the early stage of A power transmission and transformation project;Finally,risk countermeasures are used to control the ten risk factors that have the greatest influence in the preliminary project of A power transmission and transformation.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained in this paper:First,we have mastered the characteristics of the work in the early stage of the A transmission and transformation project,wich is unique compared with other projects;Second,through the risk identification work,it is clear that there are 22 important schedule risks in 6 stages in the early stage of A power transmission and transformation project;Third,through the progress risk assessment;the progress risk of the early stage project was determined as medium risk,and 10 key risk types were screened out;The fourth is to put forward preventive measures corresponding to key risks from six stages and 10 risks to ensure that the progress in the early stage of the project is well controlled. |
