Ba Zhong Power Transmission And Transformation Project Research On Cost Control

Project cost control is one of the most important links in project management..At present,the power grid project construction in the power industry is the key,in our country electric power industry.and also it is central to our countrys economy and social development.The management and cost control of power transmission project is very complicated.The project cost management for different projects,scale,the construction unit,management system is different,besidesvarious factors in the process will influence the results.The cost control of Power transmission project needs a whole process of project control and management,to ensure the smooth progress of the whole power grid construction projects.This study Through the analysis of Bazhong Liuba 220 kV power transmissionproject cost control in the implementation process and the actual situations of the project,in order to ensure the implementation of the project cost control scheme is practicaland scientific.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is a introduction,gives some brief information about the selected topic background,research significance,and research status at home and abroad and the research contents.The second part is a summaryand analysis.which summarized the contents and principles of the project cost control and management,through collecting and reading related literature.Apart from that,the particularity of cost management in the power grid construction project and some classical theories of project cost control are introduced.The third part is to present readers how the project cost control works in the power grid construction project through practice.combined with the cases in the 220 kV power transmission project,the cost control methods and the implementation of specific measures are analyzed by using the theory of project cost control management.The fourth part talks about some specific measures from the aspects of the cost control in the 220 kV power transmission project,hoping that works for power grid construction enterprises in China.And the last part is the conclusion of this thesis.It is obvious that the project cost management methods makes difference in cost control about power grid construction projects.
