The Research On The Cost Control Of 110kV YQ Power Transmission And Transformation EPC Project Of S Electric Power Company

At present,the trend of China’s overall economic development is excellent;the economic structure is constantly optimized;and all walks of life present a thriving and vigorous development situation.As an energy industry,electricity supply is an indispensable part of the national economic development.As the pace of power construction continues to accelerate,this also makes the investment in power grid construction continue to increase.The construction of electric power infrastructure,especially the construction of power transmission and transformation projects,is the most important investment of electric power enterprises.Therefore,in the current situation,this research has important theoretical and practical significance.Taking 110 kV YQ power transmission and transformation EPC project constructed by S Company as the research object,this thesis discovers problems,puts forward the control method,and takes measures to solve the problem,combined with the 110 kv YQ power transmission and transformation EPC project study of cost control management.First,this article explains the related theories of cost control of power transmission and transformation project.Secondly,it introduces the content and characteristics of cost control of power transmission and substation projects,conducts a systematic investigation and research on S Company by means of questionnaires and expert seminars,and analyzes the problems of cost control of S Company in the stages of pre-design,material procurement,construction and completion and settlement with regard to the actual situation of engineering cost control.Finally,according to the actual characteristics of the project and cost control difficulties,based on the whole process of dynamic control,the operation cost method and earned value method are applied to 110 kV YQ power transmission and transformation EPC project,the key points of improvement in the project cost control process are found,and optimization measures and specific implementation schemes are formulated to form a cost control system throughout the project so as to control the cost within a reasonable range.This research object effectively enhances the cost control level of this project and improves the project profits.At the same time,this article provides a certain reference for the construction of electric power transmission and transformation projects for the future from the cost control level.
