With the rapid development of the national economy,the proportion of power consumption in the energy consumption structure is also increasing.Driven by the increasing power demand,the power construction of power grid enterprises has been accelerating.Investment in grid projects is also rapidly increasing to better serve local economic development,meet load growth requirements,strengthen regional grid structures and further improve the quality of electricity supply.The transmission and transformation project plays an important role in the construction of the strong power grid.Therefore,it has important economic value to carry out cost control research on power transmission and transformation engineering projects.Changzhou Power Supply Company,as the basic unit of the State Grid,is mainly responsible for the construction and management of transmission and transformation projects with a voltage level of 220 kV and below in the jurisdiction of Changzhou.The total investment of Wujia 220 kV transmission and transformation project is about 150,000 million,and the construction cycle is almost two years.It directly serves the social and domestic electricity in Jintan District of Changzhou and has a certain representative significance.The cost study of this project is helpful to further optimize and control the cost of the 220 kV transmission and transformation project of Changzhou Power Supply Company.Based on the actual situation of Wujia 220 kV transmission and transformation project,the paper comprehensively considers the cost elements of the transmission and transformation project: labor,materials,machinery,construction period,etc.,and dynamically tracks the cost and expenditure details in conjunction with the orderly analysis of the project schedule.Firstly,combing domestic and foreign scientific research achievements and applying them to the actual work of cost control.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the 220 kV transmission and transformation project in the dock,the cost control factors of the key stages are selected and analyzed based on the research decision-making,project design,project bidding,project construction and project completion.Finally,the corresponding cost control strategy is put forward according to the cost control factors,and the expected results of the project are forecasted.The research focuses on using the project earned value method and the target cost method to analyze the project cost status regularly and in a timely manner,predict and discover the project cost differences and problems as soon as possible,and strive to take corrective measures for the cost control of Wujia 220 kV transmission and transformation project.The results show that Wujia 220 kV transmission and transformation project is analyzed using the above methods,combined with the actual situation,and the cost control methods and strategies are adopted in a targeted way to correct the pre-cost deviation to the maximum extent,so that the project can be effectively implemented.At the same time,it has also accumulated some experience for the cost control of other 220 kV transmission and transformation projects.
