Power transmission and transformation project is the basic project of the society.In order to meet the increasing demand of the society and improve the grid structure,the construction process of power transmission and transformation project has been accelerated significantly in recent years.The feasibility scheme design of the project is the anticipation and calculation of each link of the project in the project construction place,so as to ensure the rationality of the project construction,reduce unnecessary investment,and improve the economy and stability of the project operation.This article fully realize the importance of power transmission and transformation project feasibility design link,put forward the scheme of substation site selection method based on entropy weight method,according to the scheme of liangshan Ⅱ substation project,a part of the second part has carried on the scheme design,a part of the scheme is verified through the calculation of electrical rationality,provides a certain reference value for engineering construction.This paper first analyzes the necessity of the construction of Liangshan II 220kV transmission and transformation project,comprehensively evaluates the current situation of the liangshan County power grid according to the grid structure,power load prediction and power balance analysis results,and proposes the project necessity conclusion of the Liangshan Ⅱ substation to meet the regional power load demand and improve the grid structure.Then,a substation site selection method based on entropy weight method and distance comprehensive judgment method is proposed,and an evaluation index system involving meteorology,geology and environment is established according to the analysis of the influencing factors of the site plan,so as to achieve a comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the plan.According to entropy weight method,the weight of each index of substation site selection scheme is determined,and the distance synthesis method is used to comprehensively evaluate substation site selection scheme.In this paper,two alternative sites of Liangshan II 220kV substation,Dayang station and Daogou station,are proposed.The comprehensive evaluation results show that dayang station is better,which is consistent with the comparison results of intuitive site selection and verifies the accuracy of the method.Finally,a detailed design is carried out for the form of primary partial access of power.According to the location of Liangshan Ⅱ station and the planning of Shandong power grid and Jining power grid,four access system schemes are designed.The optimal scheme is selected through comparative analysis of power flow calculation,and the rationality of the selected scheme is verified according to relevant electrical calculation.On the basis of jining electric power communication network planning,design the optical cable construction scheme to meet the business needs;In liangshan Ⅱ 220kV power transmission and transformation project double configuration of relay protection,guarantee the corresponding voltage grade lines and equipment relay protection movement accuracy and reliability;The dispatch level of Liangshan Ⅱ substation is formulated to configure and design remote dynamic system,metering system and other automation systems.
