| With the continuous development of human economic society,as an energy industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,the electric power industry is also booming.Electric power project has the characteristics of complicated technology,long construction period and complicated management.With the development of the reform in the electric power system,the market competition is increasingly intense.The cost management concept of Electric Power Enterprise is backward,that can not adapt to the new situation.Electric Power Enterprise needs to ensure engineering quality,strengthen cost control and realize the enterprise’s sustainable development.Based on reading a large amount of documents and materials,this article summarizes the development of cost control,combs the basic theory of project management and cost management,introduces the characteristics of power transmission project and several common methods of cost control.This article takes Huainan 35kV LJ transmission and transformation project as the research object,analyzes the present situation and problems of cost management control,then takes the Power Transmission Line Project as an example,uses the earned value method to analyze the cost control status present situation,finds out the problems in cost control and schedule management.On this basis,the relevant countermeasures are put forward and provide reference for cost control of power transmission and transformation projects. |
