| The detection rate of scoliosis in children increases year by year in China,which has become a serious problem affecting the healthy growth of children.Bad habits such as poor sitting posture and lack of exercise are the main reasons for the increase in children with scoliosis.The main purpose of this study is how to design products with persuasive intention under the guidance of persuasive theory to guide children’s behavior and attitude change,so as to help them develop good living habits and prevent the occurrence of scoliosis.Firstly,the study of persuasion theory and children’s habit-forming products revealed that existing persuasion design methods focus on the analysis of user behavior influencing factors and lack systematic planning of persuasive messages,while the persuasive messages of children’s persuasive products have distinctive narrative characteristics.This paper puts forward the application of narrative method to persuasive design theory and demonstrates its rationality.Secondly,this paper analyzes the combination of narrative method and persuasion theory,the principles and steps of persuasion information narrative planning,and combines the existing persuasion design process to propose the design method of children’s habit formation products based on persuasion theory,which can be used to guide the design of related products.Thirdly,the persuasive information planning of children scoliosis prevention products was carried out according to the above design process.Finally,according to the narrative theme and narrative rhetoric content,the emotional version is made,the overall style of the product is determined,and the carrier of the persuasive message and the content of the persuasive message that the carrier needs to convey are clearly defined.Design product appearance and mobile application interface according to the content and form of persuasion information.Finally,the usability and persuasive effectiveness of the product are verified,and the usability and persuasive power of the product are evaluated.The SUS scale is used to evaluate the overall usability of the product system.The results showed that the average score of usability and persuasion of the product was between 7.7 and 8.4,and the SUS grade of the product was higher than 80% of similar products,which proved the feasibility of this method.This study takes the prevention of scoliosis in children and the formation of good sitting habits as the starting point and landing point,and proposes the design process of children’s habit formation products based on the persuasion theory.It provides theoretical support and method guidance for the design of similar products. |
