| With the rapid development of society,people’s work and academic pressure has suddenly increased.Plus the impact of bad behaviors such as play mobile phones before bedtime,sleep disorders are becomingbecoming a common problem affecting people’s physical and mental health.Among them,the sleep disorders of the post-90 s population are the most prominent.Actively staying up late and having difficulty getting up have become the norm,which greatly affects their physical and mental health and work efficiency.In the context of modern design,the realization of product functions has not been the main purpose of design,but bring better experience for users to the greatest extent.Most of the existing sleep aid products achieve the purpose of sleep aid by helping to fall asleep,sleep monitoring,and waking up with an alarm clock.People have difficulty in insisting on using them.They are ineffective on developing good sleeping habits.Therefore,it is critical to improve sleeping habits as well as optimize user experience by product design.Based on persuasion theory,this thesis establishes a sleep aid behavior persuasion model for the post-90 s population by improving behavioral ability and motivation,improving users’ stickiness to the product and helping users develop good sleep behavior habits.Firstly,by referring to relevant literature,the persuasion mechanism and persuasion strategy of persuasive design are systematically summarized.The successful cases of persuasion technology applied to products are analyzed,and appropriate design strategies are sought.Meanwhile,it analyzes the factors affecting sleep quality and conducts a lot of market research on existing sleep products,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different products,and explores the entry point of persuasion design.Secondly,through the quantitative research of questionnaires and qualitative research of interviews,targeted research is carried out on the pre-sleep stage,sleep-onset stage,sleep stage and wake-up stage of the post-90 s population,and the pain points and needs of users in each stage are analyzed.Sleep aid persuasion strategies,and establish behavioral persuasion models for target groups.Thirdly,according to the persuasion model of improving user behavior motivation and reducing the difficulty of sleep behavior,the software and hardware functional framework of the product is constructed,and the design practice is completed.Finally,the objective evaluation and verification of the sleep aid product design scheme is carried out through the "Likert six-point scale" and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which aims to provide a new reference and direction for future sleep aid product design research. |
