Design Of Narrative Emergency Space And Product System For Children

As the most concerned issue of children’s medical services and children’s mental health,the difficulty of children’s medical treatment and the low efficiency of emergency medical services are one of the focus of the current society.At present,there is relatively little narrative design for children’s emergency medical space and products,lacking emotion,and there is no targeted emergency medical space design and product design focusing on children’s psychological problems,the overall medical environment is monotonous and serious,and there are relatively few products oriented to protect children’s psychological problems,with a single function.This paper takes children’s emergency space and children’s medical products as the main research objects,and studies narrative children’s emergency space and product design by means of literature research and questionnaire survey,innovates the design of children’s emergency space and multi-functional hospital beds for the overall situation of children’s emergency space,and carries out systematic narrative design by combining children’s interactive behavior and user experience.Through interviews with target users,we gain an in-depth understanding of users’ needs and pain points in the process of emergency medical care,construct a flow chart and journey chart of users’ medical care,improve the design of emergency medical care process and space flow based on perceived value,and complete the solution.The narrative is applied to the children’s emergency medical space and medical product design,and specific design solutions and products are given,so as to build an emergency medical environment and product design that meets the needs of children-oriented.Narrative design applied to the design of emergency medical space plays a role in alleviating the physiological and psychological stress of child users,it will build the product now not only to show their material purpose type,but to become a scene and carrier of product narrative,opening a window for the emotional interaction between children and hospital emergency rooms and medical products,which is conducive to alleviating the tension of children when they are opposite the hospital and medical products,actively cooperating with It is conducive to alleviating children’s nervousness when facing the hospital and medical products,actively cooperating with doctors’ treatment,and improving treatment efficiency.
