| In recent years,the myopia rate of children in my country has remained high.According to the survey data released by the National Health and Medical Commission in2020,the overall myopia rate of children and adolescents in my country has reached 52.7%,and it is showing a trend of younger age development.The existing methods and products for preventing myopia in children are difficult to mobilize children’s self-discipline,resulting in poor myopia prevention effect.From the perspective of behavior change,this article proposes a myopia prevention product and service system for children’s behavior change,aiming to help children form healthy eye-use methods and habits,and effectively prevent myopia.First,conduct research on behavior change theory,myopia prevention and product service system,choose the model frame of behavior change wheel theory to guide the follow-up behavior intervention,and aim at the problems existing in the main myopia prevention scenarios,combined with behavior change wheel theory Based on the relevant theoretical domain framework and APEASE evaluation criteria,a research idea for children’s myopia prevention based on the product service system design process is proposed.Secondly,analyze and summarize the characteristics of the target user group through desktop research,and design a research plan based on user characteristics to understand the influencing factors of the target user group’s myopia prevention in the family scene,and then summarize the research results to obtain the target user group myopia prevention The hidden influencing factors that have a greater impact on behavior.Thirdly,with the help of the corresponding relationship between the theoretical domain framework and the behavioral change wheel theory model,the hidden influencing factors are transformed into specific behavioral intervention goals,and the intervention functions and policies corresponding to the behavioral intervention goals are further selected,and the APEASE standard is used to eliminate the inapplicable After carrying out the content of myopia prevention behavior intervention,put forward the design strategy used to guide the follow-up product service system and myopia prevention products.Finally,clarify the system role and content required for myopia prevention behavior intervention in the family scene,build a children’s myopia prevention product service system based on the behavior change theory,sort out the service contact points in the system,and formulate design principles to guide the design of subsequent output.;conduct design evaluation in combination with stakeholder research,and then verify the feasibility of product system service design research.The innovation of this paper is to combine multiple theoretical models and achievements such as the behavior change wheel theory,theoretical domain framework and APEASE standard,and propose a myopia prevention product service system based on the behavior change theory,which provides a new case that can be referenced for the application of the behavior change theory in the field of health.At the same time,formulate product design strategies from the perspective of behavior change,and position product functions from the perspective of product service system,which provides a theoretical basis and design reference for the design of myopia prevention products. |
