With the support and encouragement of the policy of "Mass Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation",the position and role of science and technology and talents in enterprises are becoming more and more obvious.If enterprises want to make great progress in the new situation,they need a spirit of innovation and enterprising spirit.A team that has the courage to fight and fight well.Improving the human resource management system is an important guarantee for the construction of enterprise talents,and can provide support and power for the development of enterprises.Under the background of economic globalization,the guiding role of science and technology is more obvious.On the one hand,talent is the main body to promote the scientific and technological revolution,on the other hand,the competition among talents is more intense.Therefore,enterprises should do a good job of talent development to provide power for their own development,the optimization of recruitment system is an inevitable choice.Company D is a well-known automobile enterprise,which has strong independent R & D capability,especially in the field of new energy.In this paper,YD recruitment system is selected as the research object,aiming to explore the problems and solutions in its recruitment system.YD company was founded in 2005,since the establishment of a very rapid development,with the continuous increase in output,gradually set up an automated production line,the enterprise team is also growing.At present,recruitment has become an important aspect of enterprise management,and there is often no one in the process of corporate management.Because of the large amount of recruitment,there is often a focus on quantity,ignoring the quality of the situation.In the long run,it will seriously affect the sustainable and stable development of the company.Therefore,in view of many problems in YD companyundefineds human resource management,it is necessary to set up a high quality and high loyalty staff team according to the actual situation of current recruitment work.The company has initially established the human resource management system at present,but the actual utility is not great,the staff management method is not scientific,the post analysis is not deep and comprehensive enough,and the demand for each post is quite different.At present,the human resource management of YD Company still belongs to the traditional form,lack of deep thinking about how to reform and improve the level of human resource management.Based on the recruitment work,this paper analyzes the experience and practice of recruitment work at home and abroad,and demonstrates and describes the practical operation method of YD Companyundefineds actual recruitment work at the same time.On the basis of detailed analysis,the optimization scheme of employee recruitment system suitable for YD companyundefineds industry is worked out.The main work of this paper is as follows: first,analyze some problems existing in the process of YD companyundefineds current recruitment implementation,and analyze the causes of the problems;second,combine the advanced recruitment concepts at home and abroad,combined with the YD companyundefineds industry background,Develop a suitable recruitment system and process for the company;Thirdly,from the angle of paying close attention to the recruitment of personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper shows the importance of talents to the enterprises,puts forward the important significance of strengthening the management of human resources in enterprises,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the recruitment system to promote the competitive advantage of enterprises and realize the rapid development.
