Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Informatization Safety Supervision Of Special Equipment In Rugao City

As a major basic equipment of the national economy,special equipment is widely used in manufacturing and human’s exeryday life,and its inventory represents the country’s economic development level.In recent years.with the continuous and vigorous development of China’s economy,the demand for special equipment by various enterprises and units has been increasing due to the needs of production and operation or daily use.making the overall number of China’s special equipment showing an upward trend every year.The increase in the total amount of special equipment has brought about a continuous increase in the total number of potential troubles in special equipment.which not only brings more regulatory pressure to China’s special equipment safety supervision department,but also brings great significance to China’s traditional special equipment safety supervision system and operating mechanism.Facing the increasingly prominent "man-machine ratio"contradiction between the number of supervisors and the total amount of equipment.and the increasing workload,it is imperative to introduce informatization supervision methods to ensure the management quality of special equipment and improve supervision efficiency.This paper takes the informatization supervision of special equipment in Rugao City as the research object,uses the literature research method,interview survey method,etc.to sort out the operation mechanism and status quo of the safety supervision and informatization supervision of special equipment in Rugao City.The new "three-in-one" informatization supervision model of licensing,inspection and testing has effectively improved the management quality and supervision efficiency of special equipment in the city.Due to the system specification of operation and maintenance,the backward information skills of some supervisors,and the lack of information sharing mechanism,etc.The data processing workload of supervisors is heavy,and the utilization rate of the platform of the supervised units is not high,poor user experience of the information platform,errors in filling out electronic regulatory documents occur from time to time,poor regulatory approval process and other issues.On this basis,this paper proposes to improve the ease of use of the platform by improving the system of informatization supervision,strengthening the capacity building of the supervision team,guiding and strengthening the subject responsibility awareness of the supervised objects,formulating platform operation and maintenance specifications,and promoting the optimization of departmental information sharing.Measures such as the approval process and exploring other potentials of informatization supervision will further improve the informatization supervision of special equipment in Rugao City,in order to help Rugao City’s economic and social security and stable development.
