Special Equipment Safety Supervision Research Of Jiangle County

As an important part of the production safety,special equipment security influences the economic and social development as well as the stability of the country,it also connects people’s lives and property.In order to promote the county or district special equipment in the field of production safety management level.it’s important to analyze the special equipment safety supervision work at the grass-roots level status and universality problems,it also need to put forward some related measures.In this paper,the research object is the special equipment safety supervision work in Jiangle,a northwest mountainous area in Fujian,applying the public management theory and methods to discuss the problem and reason of the special equipment safety supervision work.On the basis of relevant experience between our country and abroad for reference,I put forward ten countermeasures on how to perfect the county special equipment safety supervision work,according to the present situation and the existing problems.These Suggestions focus on discussing how to improve the special equipment safety supervision mechanism,how to implement the enterprise security responsibility,how to promote social work and so on.Among them,realizing the optimizing of the special equipment safety supervision mechanism depends on simplifying the policy and process;key risk assessment classified supervision;the examination moderate marketization;and a "police"supervision mode.Here are some suggestions about how to perfect county special equipment safety supervision countermeasures,Meanwhile it also provides a reference for special equipment supervisory reform in the future.
