Research On The Safety Supervision Of Special Equipment In Jiangmen City Under The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Special equipment is widely used in all aspects of production and life.It is closely related to energy supply,consumer goods supply,daily travel,tourism and entertainment,and is an indispensable equipment and facility in economic construction and people’s life.At the same time,special equipment is more dangerous,involving people’s livelihood and public safety,with a large number and rapid growth.If it is not properly managed or used improperly,accidents will easily occur,resulting in casualties,property losses and greater social impact.In particular,special equipment in Jiang Men City has many types,large quantities,and rapid growth,which are prone to cause special equipment safety accidents.The regulatory situation is still severe and complex,and the characteristics of high risk and contradiction are still obvious.The dilemma of all kinds of special equipment safety supervision is short-term.It is difficult to fundamentally change.This paper takes the supervision of special equipment in Jiangmen City as the research object,based on the practical background of the exploration of intelligent supervision of special equipment in Jiangmen City,from the perspective of collaborative governance theory,using literature analysis,case analysis,interviews and other research methods.The problems existing in equipment safety supervision such as single supervision subject,long-term concealment of other cooperating subjects,imperfect supervision system and no coordination with each other,technical governance means not coor dinating,and common goals not being established in each cooperating subject are analyzed,and it is proposed to enrich the cooperating supervision subjects.,improve the collaborative system,unify the means of collaborative technology governance,and establish common goals with overlapping interests.
