Human resource is an important link in the process of enterprise operation and production,which provides support for the implementation of the whole enterprise management strategy.The development of any enterprise can not be separated from excellent human resource management.The core competitiveness mainly comes from whether there are enough good human resources within the enterprise.Attracting excellent talents to join is the top priority of enterprises,Differentiating employee’s abilities is the first priority of enterprises,and then providing relevant support and training to them.How to identify excellent employees highlights the importance of recruitment.This involves human resource management,recruitment management and human resource related basic theory such as competency model theory,iceberg principle,talent echelon construction,personnel and post matching theory.In this paper,DM Automobile Group R&D talent recruitment management as the research goal,learn from other scholars’ research content and methods,inheritance and innovation.By means of interview,literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of the recruitment of R & D talents in DM Automobile Group,Find out the existing problems according to the basic theory of recruitment;For example,the HR recruitment planning is not clear,the quality of recruited R & D personnel fails to meet the expected requirements,it is difficult to recruit high-quality R & D staff,the turnover rate of R & D staff is high and the loss of core talents is serious,the design of recruitment process is unreasonable and the efficiency of recruitment process is low,the quality of staff undertaking recruitment functions is not high and the structure of recruitment team is not reasonable.and so on.It also analyzes the reasons for these problems,such as insufficient attention to recruitment by the group management,low level of recruitment data informatization and poor communication between departments,insufficient recruitment personnel and low professional quality,lack of feedback mechanism after recruitment,and lack of competitiveness of company salaries.Then optimize the original recruitment program,put forward a feasible optimization of the recruitment program,help DM Automobile Group to recruit excellent R & D talents,but also help to improve the similar automobile enterprise R & D talent recruitment field related research.
