| Enterprises in the construction industry have developed rapidly,with the continuous promotion of the national real economy strategy,and the competition within the industry has become more intense.In a highly competitive industry environment,the company’s high-quality human resources and organizational resources are of more strategic significance than replicable financial and material resources.Therefore,for enterprises,how to effectively obtain high-quality talents who can create advantages is particularly important.WBSY is a private company in the construction industry.At present,the main strategy of WBSY is diversification strategy and WBSY tries to enter the industry of construction.But the problems of human resources management are obvious,and one of the main reasons is the company’s existing inefficient and ineffective staff recruitment process.Therefore,in order to fit the company’s development strategy,this paper defines one of the key positions of the company’s"personel of traffic security business personnel,” and conducts the research on the optimization of employee recruitment process based on the research results of competency theory and recruitment,trying to solve the above problems.On the basis of competency theory and recruitment related theory research,this paper points out the recruitment process itself and related problems of WBSY company combined with the actual situation of WBSY company,and finally puts forward the optimization strategy and implementation guarantee,including seven parts.The first chapter mainly expounds the necessity of this research,and then reviews the research on competency and employee recruitment at home and abroad,which further proves the significance of this research.The second chapter introduces core concepts and relevant theoretical basis of competency iceberg model employee recruitment.The third chapter introduces WBSY company and its staff recruitment status,and summarizes the analysis.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the WBSY company staff recruitment process itself and its related problems from the overall level and organizational level in-depth analysis of the causes.The fifth chapter according to the survey results,existing problems and causes,based on the theory of competency and recruitment related theory research put forward the principles and strategies of employee recruitment process optimization and further describes the implementation of employee recruitment process optimization strategy required for the protection of the company system level and organization member level,and improve the feasibility of optimization strategy.The sixth chapter summarizes the shortcomings of this research and future improvement.It is very important to construct an effective staff recruitment process system,which can not only weaken the inefficiency and unscientific problems brought by the subjective consciousness of management to a certain extent,but help to improve the comprehensive quality of talents,including knowledge and skills,quality and loyalty.However,in order to effectively implement a series of work of staff recruitment process optimization,the support and encouragement of senior management and related system guarantee are essential.The possible innovations and contributions of this paper are as follows.Domestic scholars pay less attention to the competency research of relevant positions in the construction industry.Based on the historical research and survey results,this paper preliminarily puts forward the competency characteristics of the key positions ’traffic safety business personnel’,and applies them to the optimization of the staff recruitment process of WBSY company,which helps to promote further research by subsequent scholars.This study provides some competency characteristics of relevant positions in the construction industry,and makes contributions to the further study of the competency characteristics of the construction industry. |
