Affected by the epidemic,major changes have taken place in the global automobile industry pattern,which has put forward new requirements for the production layout of traditional automobile enterprises.Under the environment of increasingly strict market segmentation,the development momentum of Chinese automobile industry is still steady,and the position of automobile industry in the pillar industry of national economy is increasingly significant.With the market demand share expanding year by year,leading to the auto parts manufacturing industry has a very good prospect of development.The reform and upgrading of automobiles are accelerating,especially the research and development of new energy vehicles.It is precisely because the development of the automobile industry is changing,and customer demand is also changing day by day.If an enterprise wants to occupy a place in the fierce market competition,it depends on the degree of emphasis on the research and development and manufacturing of new products,which undoubtedly needs to rely on the labor skills of high-quality employees to ensure the quality requirements of automobile products.How to have high-quality employees has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above background,this study analyzes and discusses the human resource recruitment problems of SXLT company.By investigating the current situation of human resource recruitment of the company,through the research and analysis,it finds the shortcomings of SXLT company in talent introduction,especially in recruitment,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to further optimize the implementation measures of SXLT’s human resource recruitment program.Improve the efficiency of talent absorption and training of SXLT company,improve the effectiveness of recruitment,and attract more practical and technical talents to join the company,so as to make SXLT company more core competitive in the competition of auto parts manufacturing and production.
