| With the end of the domestic COVID-19,the warming of the domestic economy and the acceleration of urbanization,construction enterprises are facing unprecedented development opportunities.As a typical representative of construction enterprises,H Construction Company has suffered from the loss of new college students in recent years,which has affected its sustainable operation and development.From the perspective of psychological contract,this article conducts a study on the issue of employee turnover among new college students in H Construction Company.Psychological contract refers to some implicit,informal,and undisclosed mutual expectation between employees and organizations.This study conducts a study on the turnover of new college students in H Construction Company from three dimensions of psychological contract,namely,transaction dimension,relationship dimension,and development dimension.This article conducts a research on the issue of personnel turnover of new college students in H Construction Company through literature review and telephone interviews.Secondly,it uses electronic questionnaires to conduct research to deeply understand the current situation of personnel turnover of new college students in H Construction Company in the past three years.Finally,the data were analyzed online using SPSSAU software.Based on the psychological contract theory,this article analyzes the problem of employee turnover among new college students in H Construction Company,and finds out the problems existing in the management measures for new college students in H Construction Company.From the perspective of transaction type,the main problems are: the actual salary and benefits are not ideal,corporate welfare needs to be improved,workload arrangements are overloaded,and the implementation of the leave system is not effective;From the perspective of relational psychological contract,the main problems are: the construction of corporate culture needs to be improved,and there is a lack of good communication mechanisms;From the perspective of developmental psychological contracts,the main problems are: lack of career planning,unclear promotion mechanisms,lack of fairness,and a single and rigid form of training content.Based on the above reasons,this article proposes to establish a scientific salary and welfare system that conforms to the characteristics of new college students’ employees from three dimensions of psychological contract(transaction type,relationship type,and development type),establish a sound employee vacation system,build a more friendly "people-oriented" corporate culture for new college students,build smoother communication channels,establish a more scientific promotion mechanism Strengthen career planning guidance for grassroots employees of new college students,optimize the training system for new college students,and other improvement suggestions to solve the problem of personnel turnover of new college students in H Construction Company.At the same time,it also provides a certain reference for solving similar problems faced by construction enterprises. |
