| Efficiency is the soul of doing a good job,and it is the most essential competitiveness of an enterprise.With the intensification of competition between enterprises,the working state and efficiency of employees are particularly important,and the phenomenon of widespread work burnout among employees is not only unable to work efficiently,but more importantly,in the long term,which will have a very negative impact on their own psychological and physical health.Therefore,the study of the work burnout of employees is conducive to improving the status of employees,enhancing the vitality of the enterprise,and is of great significance to ensure the enterprise benefits.Psychological contract is an invisible link and bridge between employees and enterprises at the psychological level,and the violation of psychological contract is often considered to be one of the important reasons for job burnout.According to the violation of psychological contract,to solve the job burnout is the main idea to improve the work efficiency of employees.After years of development,H company has been ranked in the first echelon of similar enterprises in China.However,there are also widespread phenomena such as low work enthusiasm,slack work and work fatigue,which have affected the normal operation and development of the company.This paper studies the burnout of H employees from the perspective of psychological contract violation,aiming to explore the scope and degree of psychological contract violation on employee burnout,and to put forward countermeasures and measures to eliminate the burnout of H employees.This study will not only play a positive role in improving the work efficiency and the competitiveness of H Company,but also have some reference significance for other enterprises with the same problems.On the basis of the relevant concepts and theories,this paper preliminarily analyzes the causes of the burnout of H employees.Based on this method,the questionnaire method is used to investigate the psychological contract violation and the work burnout,analyzes the questionnaire data with reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and finds that the burnout is serious,the psychological contract violation is highly related to the burnout,but the three dimensions of psychological contract violation are different in the company.Based on the analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions are drawn: the burnout of the employees of H Company is caused by nine reasons,namely,violation of interpersonal psychological contract,such as insufficient employee care and poor working environment;lack of promotion space,limited personal development,lack of learning guidance and training;breach of performance appraisal and low salary.Therefore,this paper proposes that H Company should eliminate the burnout of employees through the following aspects,that is,establish a harmonious relationship between superiors and subordinate,improve the cooperative atmosphere of employees,create a comfortable working environment,and increase the care of employees;formulate the talent training plan,optimize the post promotion system,increase the learning and training,optimize the salary structure and performance appraisal system.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions and achieve the expected results,this paper puts forward the corresponding implementation guarantee strategy. |
