Today’s society has entered an era of rapid development of intelligence and information,and knowledge is constantly changing the organizational structure and management mode of enterprises.There are more and more knowledge-based employees in enterprises,and the benefits they create are getting higher and higher,and their contributions in the process of enterprise reform and development and business growth are also becoming more prominent.Therefore,the management of knowledge-based employees has become more and more important.However,due to the special attributes of the knowledge-based employee group,including the differences in their perceptions of the world economy and social development,their organizational loyalty and sense of belonging have shown a downward trend year by year,and negative work and “reverse” behaviors emerge endlessly.What’s more,serious consequences such as a large number of employees were lost.How to efficiently manage knowledge workers and improve their loyalty to the organization and sense of belonging has become a thorny issue facing modern enterprises.The research object of this article is CQ,a professional technical equipment manufacturer with more than50 years of manufacturing special equipment for oil and gas fields.With the company’s continuous industrial restructuring and business transformation and upgrading in recent years,it has a greater impact on the mentality of high-quality knowledge employees.Therefore,companies have a strong demand for how to effectively tap the potential value of knowledge workers.This article intends to use the literature review method,questionnaire survey method,measurement method,etc.to study the relationship between the company’s knowledge employee’s psychological contract and their behavior from the perspective of the knowledge employee’s psychological contract,and try to explore the organization in the CQ company’s knowledge employee’s psychological contract.The impact of the fulfillment of responsibility on the behavior of knowledge employees,such as withdrawal behavior,neglect behavior,appeal behavior,organizational loyalty,etc.,and then specifically discuss how to motivate CQ company knowledge employees to effectively perform the psychological contract to improve organizational loyalty and sense of belonging Based on this,an effective incentive strategy to enhance CQ’s core competitiveness is proposed.Investigating the relationship between the enterprise knowledge-based employees’ psychological contract and its behavior has important practical significance to CQ company on building a benign the knowledge employees’ psychological contract,reducing negative behavior of the knowledge-type employees,lowering transaction costs,and improving the organization and management performance,etc,have important practical significance.This paper aims to explore a new knowledge employee management system by taking CQ company as an example,in order to provide some reference for the development of same type enterprises.
