Research On Design Management In General Contracting Project Led By The Construction Party

On March 1,2020,the measures for the administration of general contracting of housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects jointly formulated by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the national development and Reform Commission began to be implemented.More and more large-scale construction projects in China adopt the general contracting mode for construction management.At this stage,China’s general contracting enterprises are often large state-owned design enterprises or construction enterprises,and the consortium formed by the two professional complementarities has the disadvantage of "connection but incompatibility".Due to the lack of design management ability of the general contractor,many design management problems are exposed in the project construction.The low efficiency and many problems of design management have led to the containment of the advantages of project management with EPC mode.Based on the above background,combined with the current research status of EPC project design management in China,this paper makes an overall research on design management from the perspective of EPC contractor led by the construction party.Firstly,through literature review,questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper combs the problems of design management,and finds out the main problems of unreasonable income distribution of design optimization.Then use the WSR system methodology to analyze and sort out the main factors affecting the performance of design management,and then combined with expert interviews,use the explanatory structure model(ISM)to analyze the correlation of the sorted influencing factors.Finally,according to the game theory,the hierarchical structure model of influencing factors of income distribution in design optimization is established,the distribution factors of designer and constructor in design management are solved by expert scoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and then the final income distribution proportion is solved by Nash equilibrium equation.Through the above research,this paper enriches the theoretical research of EPC project design management,puts forward the performance measures and suggestions of EPC project design management,provides reference for the design optimization income distribution of similar EPC projects,and promotes the efficient application of EPC mode in domestic construction industry.8 figures,19 tables,87 references.
