Research On Project Cost Management Method And Its Application In Construction General Contracting Enterprise Based On Informatization

With the further deepening of global economy integration as well as the growing fierce status of oversupply in building construction market, the competition among general contracting enterprises of large scale construction also becomes increasingly intensified, which forces them to seek for informationized management means to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
