Research On The Communication Management Of Related Parties In The H Construction General Contracting Project Of XN Company

In the process of construction enterprise development,project management ability determines the length of enterprise development.In project management,managers often pay attention to cost,progress,quality,safety and other indicators.With the aggravation of industry competition and the increase of enterprise production and management risk,the influence of project communication management on project success or failure begins to highlight,enterprises begin to pay more attention to it,and begin to think about the problem of project communication management from the strategic level.This paper studies the communication and management of XN company H the construction general contract project.Starting with the theoretical knowledge of project communication management and combining with the actual situation of the H project,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,interview investigation and questionnaire survey to find out the problems such as less communication between the functional department and the project department in the communication management of the H construction general contracting project XN the company,and analyzes the causes of these problems,such as the lack of communication management system and the lack of professional ability of the communication team.Through the adoption of management,organization,technology,economy and other measures,put forward the establishment of project communication management system,strengthen project management team building,use project management software,formulate salary incentive and other suggestions to improve in the later implementation of H project,and evaluate the effect of H project improvement.From this study,we can see the importance of project communication management to the completion of project objectives.The proposed measures of project related party communication management can be better applied in all construction general contracting projects of XN company.Provide replicable experience for future project management capacity building.
