Research On Communication Management Of Construction General Contracting Project Based On Critical Success Factors

In recent years, Chinese economy rose rapidly with the public investment, construction industry is booming at the same time.The construction process of the engineering is becoming more and more complicated and large-scale, Construction general contract mode becomes one of the major construction mode of the construction project in China at present stage.For the construction general contractor, the communication management involving multiple communication object is becoming an important management work. In so many construction general contracting communication management work content, which is the most important and how to inprove this part is the research content of this dissertation.Firstly, this dissertation builds a communication system of the construction general contracting project according to the construction general contract mode. Then, this dissertation summarizes the communication management content between construction general contractor, subcontractor, design institute, supplier and government from the perspective of construction general contractor, whic acrossing the construction preparation stage, construction stage and completion acceptance stage.After the construction general contractor communication management content was determined, this dissertation surveyed the importance of communication content by using the questionnaire method. Through analyzing we got 9 CSFs:engineering control information, construction preparation condition, confirmation of engineering quantity and payment, design explanation and checkup of the blue prints, construction mid-acceptance, contract award, construction plan, completion acceptance, the supply and inspection of material and equipment. Then, the author illustrate the CSFs and propose the management measeures.Finally, this dissertation combing the above research results and the actual situation, build the communication management plan of project case and put forward the specific management measures.
