Research On The Db General Contracting Management Mode Based On The Construction Party Of A Section Of Qingyuan-Yunfu Expressway

The DB general contracting is the mainstream trend in the international and domestic construction fields at present because of its obvious advantages,such as single responsibility,low cost,shortened construction period and easy control of project cost.Due to the particularity of DB general contracting of the general contract project,it is necessary to consider the whole of each stage and integrate the management with each other,which requires higher and more extensive management of the general contractor in all aspects.Therefore,the project management will be different from those of other contract projects.This paper study on the DB general contracting management mode based on the construction leadership,A bid in Qingyuan-Yunfu expressway as an example.The main research contents of this paper include the following four aspects:(1)This paper briefly introduces the research status and development trend of DB general contracting,and expounds the basic theory of DB general contracting.(2)Analyze the DB general contracting based on construction leadership,find out the relationship and interest context of project related parties,and explore the interest demands and guarantee of related parties,so as to study how to implement the project normally.(3)Taking a bid section of Qingyuan-Yunfu expressway as an example,this project is given priority to with construction of DB general contracting management model are analyzed,from the project organization and management,quality management,schedule management,cost management,safety production management,risk control and other aspects,closely combined with the actual situation of this project,summarize and verify the implementation effect of the project in this mode.(4)Finally,from the DB general contracting contractor and the relations between the parties,and the owner of the risk division,the commonwealth may exist problems and solutions,etc.,to improve the DB general contracting management,mainly construction party put forward relevant Suggestions.The research will help mobilize the enthusiasm of general contracting entity,shows the significance in perfecting and spreading the DB general contracting.
