In recent years,the competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce.With the increasing cost of human resources and the upgrading of the industry’s requirements for progress,quality and technology,small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually withdrawn from the gladiator arena in the construction industry,and large enterprises are also struggling.At the same time,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued the Measures for the General Contracting Management of Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Projects in 2019,and the state began to vigorously promote the change of the general contracting management mode of EPC projects.Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode has entered the historical stage of the construction industry and become the inevitable trend of future construction project management mode.Under the current wave of EPC general contracting mode,China Construction E Bureau closely follows the industry trend and vigorously promotes the transformation and upgrading of the construction general contracting mode to the project general contracting mode,which means that risks and benefits coexist.Behind greater freedom and profits,China Construction E Bureau will also assume greater risks.Schedule management,which has always been regarded as one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of engineering projects,has become the focus of research and management of E Bureau of China Construction under EPC general contracting mode.Based on this,this paper will start from the perspective of E Bureau of China Construction Engineering Co.,LTD.,take N village comprehensive transformation EPC general contract project of E Bureau of China Construction Engineering Co.,LTD.,as a case,deeply explore the progress risks of engineering projects under EPC general contract management mode,and put forward targeted risk mitigation and management optimization measures.Through literature research,experience summary,comparative analy sis and other methods,this paper describes the risks and problems existing in the schedule management of EPC mode engineering projects,and makes in-depth discussion and evaluation of the schedule management indicators,so as to provide certain theoretical basis and reference data for the transformation of E Bureau of China Construction to EPC general contract management mode.First of all,this paper introduces in detail the background,purpose,significance,content and method of the progress management research of EPC general contracting mode engineering projects,and elaborates on the status quo and related theories of the progress management research of EPC projects at home and abroad,so as to clarify the direction for the subsequent progress management researchof N Village project under EPC mode.Laid a solid theoretical foundation.Secondly,with the help of a variety of research methods,combined with a variety of literature and research results in recent years,this paper sorted out the problems existing in the progress management of EPC general contract projects of E Bureau of China Construction from three aspects:operability,implementation and correction,and analyzed the possible causes of such problems in detail.Then,based on the example of the EPC comprehensive reconstruction project of N village,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the progress management of EPC general contract project of E Bureau of China Construction Corporation,and puts forward optimization suggestions and improvement measures from three aspects:planning management,implementation management and monitoring management in turn.The theory and practice are closely combined to enhance the credibility and fullness of the conclusions of this paper.Finally,this paper summarizes the contents of the above exploration and analysis draws the final conclusions and achievements,and rationalizes the future related research and the progress management effect of the subsequent project of E Bureau of China Construction.Through in-depth discussion and research on the progress management of EPC general contracting projects of E Bureau of China Construction Engineering,this paper hopes to provide certain help and inspiration for the progress management of EPC general contracting projects of E Bureau of China Construction Engineering Engineering in the future,and also hope to provide strong reference and support for subsequent in-depth research.
