With the improvement of the engineering management level,China’s construction industry is paying more and more attention to the management of construction logistics.Studying the choice of the general contracting enterprise to the TPL enterprise in the construction logistics,control the construction logistics process,avoid risks,save project costs and achieve greater benefits.In the construction of logistics activities,the general contracting enterprises and the TPL enterprises are two mutually constraining participants.The two sides pursue their own interests in the case of information asymmetry and cannot form a benign market environment.It is an important task for general contracting enterprises to choose TPL,whether the strategy selection of bounded rationality caused by asymmetric information in the selection process is reasonable,and what measures can guide the cooperation results.By constructing the cost and benefit functions of both parties in construction logistics activities under asymmetric information,this paper establishes an evolutionary game model,analyzes the influence of parameters on the evolution probability,and discusses the stability point and evolution path of the model.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics of general contracting enterprises and TPL enterprises in construction logistics,according to literature research and actual situation,determines the behavioral strategy choice of both parties under bounded rationality.The game model is established and the expected returns of both sides are calculated.The complex dynamic equation of both sides is obtained.(2)The selection of TPL enterprises by general contracting enterprises is quantified,the stability point of game model is analyzed,and the positive and negative correlation parameters that affect cooperation are analyzed.Considering the equilibrium point and evolution path of the system under different costs and benefits,this paper discusses the choice of general contracting enterprises to ensure their benefits.(3)Starting from the actual case,the stability point of the game system is calculated.Through the influence of parameters,combined with theoretical knowledge and specific conditions,the management mechanism of guiding selection results is proposed to strengthen the organization and management of construction logistics activities by general contracting enterprises.This paper uses the method of literature research,and the theory of behavioral economics,by constructing the game model under the condition of limited rationality,evolutionary stable strategy analysis,aims at providing a general contracting enterprises on the choice of the construction of logistics to provide a set of quantitative indicators,and can carry out systematic in the choice of management activities,guide the choice as a result,advocates the benign development of the market environment,optimization of the project cost system. |
