Research On Technology Based Management Innovation Of Construction General Contracting Enterprises Based On Information Technology

The construction industry has experienced the development of informatization for many years.At present,large and medium-sized construction general contracting enterprises have generally realized the informatization of project management.As one of the most important components of project management informatization,project technology management informatization has the same original intention as project management informatization.The project technology management information system can provide perfect and accurate project technical guidance and similar case resources for each project technical personnel.Resource sharing and quick access can improve the efficiency of the management personnel to integrate information content and rapidly improve the new project of the enterprise.The overall level of technical personnel,so that the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the industry has been improved.Many construction general contracting enterprises place their management and project management on the information system,hoping to improve project management and improve project management efficiency through project management informatization.However,in the face of a large number of unstructured or semi-structured data accumulated over the years,the correlation between data is poor,and it is difficult to retrieve,and the data between various business sectors of enterprises are relatively independent,and the data between projects and projects are relatively independent,and they can not share information with each other,thus forming many "information islands",which hinder the project.Continuous improvement of project management.In this paper,through on-the-spot investigation,interviews and other means with a number of enterprise core technical personnel and digital project technical personnel conducted in-depth communication and research.The requirement analysis of the project technology management information system at the company level and the project level of the general contracting enterprise is carried out respectively.Aiming at the defects of the technology managementinformation system proposed by the users at different levels and the urgent problems to be solved,the conceptual framework,the software system research and the project application are discussed in detail.A detailed study is carried out and solutions are proposed.The main research achievements in this paper include:(1)Focusing on how to improve the initiative of project technology management information system and further improve the efficiency of project technology management,a hierarchical automatic early warning system based on network and portable equipment is proposed.(2)Focusing on improving the management status of information islands between departments,project departments and project departments,this paper puts forward a unified standard for technical information input and a data processing scheme to facilitate access and information sharing.(3)Some research results of practical application value are put forward in the aspects of collaborative work,process reengineering and information flow.
