In recent years,my country’s economy has developed rapidly.Therefore,the government’s investment in the construction of livelihood projects has gradually increased,and the number of livelihood projects has also been increasing.Therefore,improving the efficiency of construction has become a key task for government departments to improve the management efficiency of investment projects,increasing the requirements for government management of engineering projects.Among them,the construction of water conservancy projects is related to the daily life of the people and is a key project in the livelihood projects.It is characterized by long periods,difficult construction conditions,and high technical requirements.Therefore,improving the cost control of livelihood projects can not only strengthen the control of project costs.Control,can improve economic efficiency and management level.In order to effectively reduce the construction cost of water conservancy projects,the research on the cost management method of water conservancy projects in this paper is mainly based on the analytic hierarchy process.The writing ideas of the full text are mainly developed from six aspects,which are the introduction,the related theories of cost management,the analysis of the current situation of water conservancy project cost,the modeling of the whole process of water conservancy project cost management,the empirical analysis of the process of implementing cost management based on cases,and finally the content of the full text.Summarize.The research goal of this paper is to reduce the cost of water conservancy projects and effectively improve the efficiency of water conservancy project cost management.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the whole process of cost in detail.At present,the cost management of water conservancy projects is divided into five main parts.Each part and stage needs to be analyzed in detail.Analysis and discussion of the cost content.Due to the numerous and complex factors in the construction and design of water conservancy projects,it is necessary to establish the whole process of project cost into a multi-level and multi-factor organic system.When determining which factors will have an impact on the cost of water conservancy projects,it is necessary to establish a structural model based on the analytic hierarchy process,and carry out weight analysis of the elements in the cost management of water conservancy projects,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for the research cases selected in this paper.Secondly,based on the empirical analysis of the whole process cost management of the K water conservancy project selected in this paper,the factors that have the greatest impact on the cost management are found out according to the factor model analysis.On the basis of AHP,the weights are calculated for the five main stages of the case project cost management,and the influencing factors in each stage are ranked.Analyze the primary and secondary relationships that cause the impact.Finally,according to the above weight analysis,for the whole process cost management,find out the factors that cause the main cost increase in each level stage.According to the analysis of the key influencing factors in the main stages,corresponding improvement measures are proposed to improve the cost management efficiency of the project.The main improvements are summarized as follows: do a good job in advance analysis,pay attention to economic evaluation;choose the optimal structural design plan,open Optimize the design of the construction process and ensure the completion of the completion materials.Finally,evaluate the cost control effect of the case project and ensure that the cost management is at a good level,thereby fundamentally reducing the cost of project construction.Project construction provides reference.
