| At present,the cost control system of most construction enterprises in our country is in the optimization stage,but there is still a certain gap from the western developed countries,there are still many areas to be improved.In the construction phase of construction projects is imperative the introduction of value engineer is precisely as a reason in the construction,which can effectively improve the product value of construction enterprises,enhance product competitiveness,lay a foundation for the future development of enterprises,so that enterprises can stand firm in the tide of reform and development.Firstly,this paper comprehensively introduces the research status of value engineering and cost management at home and abroad,The application of value engineering in construction enterprises is reviewed,and the concept implementation procedures,application scope and method system of value engineering are systematically stated.Taking the project of DM building as an example,this paper analyzes the general situation of the project,the cost management process of DM Building Project and the existing problems.In view of the construction project of DM building,value engineering is applied to the determination of target cost,the selection of materials and construction schemes,and an empirical analysis is made.The analytic hierarchy process and experts are used in the application of value engineering.The scoring method shows that the application of value engineering theory in case project construction can effectively save construction cost and improve project quality and project value.Through the sorting out of the above theory and case study,it is not difficult to find the importance of value engineering in construction projects,value engineering plays a balancing role in the whole project construction,alleviating contradictions,meeting customer requirements at the lowest cost at the same time,to shorten the construction period and improve the quality of the goal. |
