Research On Cost Management Optimization In The Design Phase Of S Hospital Construction Projec

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic and social development level,the demand for high-quality medical resource services among the general public has sharply increased.Public hospitals have become a key area for the government to increase investment in recent years.The new era and social environment have endowed hospital project construction with new construction requirements such as green energy conservation,intelligence,informatization,integration of epidemic prevention and treatment,and integration of medical care,which has also led to increasingly complex cost management of hospital construction projects.At present,there is a widespread phenomenon of serious overspending in hospital construction projects in Guizhou Province,which is mainly due to two reasons: firstly,the current cost management still mostly adopts the traditional mode,which focuses on the bidding and construction stages of management,without paying attention to the important role of limit design in cost control in the early stages of the project;Secondly,there is a lack of research and innovation on scientific and effective cost management methods.This article conducts an investigation and research on the Phase I project of S Hospital,analyzes the main problems in its cost management,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems.Firstly,the research focus is on the design phase of the project.Simultaneously applying methods such as Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis to evaluate the degree of influence of various factors affecting cost management in the design stage.The fundamental purpose of this study is to improve the control effect of the cost of the second phase project of S Hospital.It proposes specific optimization plans from several aspects,such as scheme optimization,design improvement,and strengthening information management.In this process,Value engineering,BIM technology,etc.are fully applied to effectively control the project cost of the case project,and explore effective methods to improve the efficiency of cost management,To a certain extent,it provides valuable reference for the development and research of cost management in hospital construction projects.
