| With the improvement of national urbanization level,the ecological environment of the city is also facing serious problems.Urban greenway project plays an important role in the green sustainable ecosystem.As a business card of a city,greenway can not only beautify the city appearance,but also improve the investment environment.Greenway project has been developing for a short time in China,which is restricted by many factors,among which the most influential factor is the insufficient financial expenditure of local governments for greenway project.Therefore,how to control the cost in the construction of Greenway project has become a common topic for many scholars.In this paper,combined with the actual project,taking the Bai Xiaoxian Greenway in Chun’an County as the research background,how to control the cost of Greenway project based on value engineering is studied(1)The greenway function index system is constructed,and the greenway function index is screened by Fuzzy Delphi method.The main purpose is to carry out three rounds of expert questionnaire survey,process the data to get the final greenway function index confirmation table,and obtain 15 main indexes unanimously recognized by experts,which provides reference for the construction of Greenway function evaluation model;(2)The greenway function index system is constructed,and the greenway function index is screened by Fuzzy Delphi method.The main purpose is to carry out three rounds of expert questionnaire survey,process the data to get the greenway function index confirmation table,and finally get 15 main indexes unanimously recognized by experts,which provides reference for the construction of Greenway function evaluation model;(3)This paper constructs the greenway project function evaluation model,determines the weight of each function index of Greenway project through AHP method,calculates the effective score of 24 experts repeatedly,calculates the weighted average value,obtains the absolute weight value,and ranks and analyzes the indexes.At the same time,it improves the greenway scheme based on value engineering,and selects the improvement object by ABC classification method,Finally,the value coefficient of the scheme is calculated to improve the research object;(4)Relying on the actual project of the Greenway Construction Project of Bai Xiao line in Chun’an County,through the value engineering to improve the design scheme of the actual greenway project,analyze the cost composition,use ABC classification method to get the key research object,and use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze each part of the project,calculate the value coefficient of each index,and adjust it accordingly.The main improvement projects are road construction project,post station project and other branch projects.Through value engineering,the actual cost of the project is reduced by 20.530457 million yuan,which provides a reference for cost control of similar greenway projects. |
