Research On Cost Control Of College Dormitory Repair Project Based On Function-Value Engineering

In recent years,the profitability of the construction industry has declined and competition has intensified,bringing problems and challenges to most construction companies due to delays,increased costs and tight cash flow.China’s construction enterprises have made great progress in improving the existing cost control system,but the cost control system for construction repair projects,especially for student dormitory building repair projects in China,has not been well studied for the time being.Therefore,it is a subject worthy of our in-depth study to establish a perfect construction cost control system to save the project cost expenditure and guarantee the construction quality of the project at the same time.Value engineering is to maximize the value of the purpose by analyzing the value function and maximizing the value of the purpose by organizing and integrating the resources while removing unnecessary costs under the condition of meeting the required functions of the project.Based on this,this paper selects value engineering to study the construction cost of college dormitory repair project,aiming at maximizing the function of college dormitory building repair project while saving cost expenditure and improving the economic efficiency of construction enterprises.Supported by value engineering theory,this paper takes construction cost control of college dormitory repair project as the main research problem,explores in depth the feasibility of value engineering in construction cost control of college dormitory building repair project,combines with hierarchical analysis,carries out the construction cost control mode design of college dormitory building repair project based on function-value engineering theory,the main work is as follows:(1)Firstly,based on the analysis of relevant concepts and theories of value engineering and cost control,the current situation of cost control of university dormitory building renovation projects and its existing problems are discussed(2)Secondly,based on the theory of function definition and cost control,the key factors affecting the project are identified,the concept of function is defined,and the multi-level evaluation index system is established.The application and methods of value engineering are comprehensively summarized and sorted out.Some key points are analyzed and objective conclusions are obtained,which lays a foundation for the analysis of value engineering..(3)Finally,this paper combines theory and practice,takes the B project of J university as the empirical research object,and applies the function-value engineering theory to the whole process of actual construction cost control to deduce,in order to provide some tips and help to relevant enterprises and relevant management departments of universities about construction cost control.
