Study On The Influence Of Green Development Of Planting Industry On Farmers’ Income Increase In Jilin Province

Agriculture is the foundation of the development of national economy.If the development of agriculture cannot keep up with the progress of The Times,it will greatly affect the income of farmers and even the overall development of national economy.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Chinese government has paid great attention to the green production and efficient development of agriculture.The planting industry which belongs to agriculture accounts for a large proportion in the internal structure of agriculture,which also shows that there is a certain connection between the development of planting industry and the increase of farmers’ income.The green and healthy development of planting industry is an important part of agricultural development.As a national pillar industry,planting industry has an important impact on farmer economy.In the key period when the income level of our country is increasing and the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,the development of planting industry shall not be overlooked,therefore,we should use the green development of planting industry to promote farmers’ income and promote the further development of national economy.In 2021,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the National Agricultural Green Development,which sets out 11 quantitative indicators in four aspects of agricultural green development.This paper takes the green development of planting industry as the research object.Based on the theory of sustainable development and circular economy,descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis are adopted to analyze the influence of green development of planting industry on farmers’ income increase in Jilin Province.Firstly,this paper describes the status quo of agricultural development,green development of planting industry and farmers’ income in Jilin Province.Secondly,five indicators related to the green development of planting industry were selected through the documents published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs: the use amount of pesticide,the conversion amount of agricultural fertilizer applied,the use amount of agricultural film,the effective irrigation area and the total power of agricultural machinery,which represent the green development of planting industry.Then,based on the original index data from 2002 to2020,the multicollinearity was removed by factor analysis,and a common factor representing90.603% of the original 5 variables was extracted.After obtaining the component score coefficient matrix,the expression generated by the linear combination of common factors was derived.Finally,the obtained component scores were used as independent variables and the standardized disposable income of farmers were analyzed by regression,which showed that the green development of planting industry did promote the income increase of farmers.Based on the above studies,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The reduction of the conversion amount of agricultural fertilizer application,the increase of the total power of agricultural machinery,the reduction of the use of agricultural film,the reduction of the use of pesticides and the increase of the effective irrigation area all belong to the green development of planting industry.The green development ability of planting industry in Jilin Province has been improved on the whole,and its green development level is also directly proportional to the increase of farmers’ income;(2)The total power of agricultural machinery has the greatest impact on farmers’ income increase,and the improvement of agricultural machinery promotes farmers’ income increase;(3)Under the background of green agricultural development,relevant policies are not perfect;(4)The poor cultural knowledge of farmers leads to the unreasonable use of fertilizer.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)strengthen the development of agricultural machinery and improve the production efficiency of planting industry;(2)Promote green development of planting industry by taking advantage of location and natural resources;(4)Strengthen scientific and technological innovation,attach importance to the development of talents,and give full play to the supporting role of science and technology in the green development of planting industry.(5)To promote the concept of green development,popularize relevant knowledge and cultivate a new type of farmers.
