Study On Harmonious Development Of Household Income Increase And Human Settlement Environment In Farming-pastoral Crisscross Area

At present,there are many problems in rural areas,such as ecological destruction,environmental pollution and attenuation of villages.Agricultural development is also faced with multiple pressures from greatly increasing product market demand and shrinking production resources.Consolidating agricultural development and improving rural living environment is an important starting point of rural revitalization.How to coordinate the relationship between rapid economic growth and environmental degradation is related to the sustainable development of rural areas in China.The agro-pastoral ecotone is a semi-arid ecotone connected with the eastern farming area and the western grassland pastoral area in China,which has a fragile ecosystem and a low level of agricultural production."People and animal husbandry" is a common model for the development of animal husbandry in the transitional zone of agriculture and animal husbandry.The pattern of the integration of production and living space leads to the contradiction between the industrial development and the optimization of human settlement environment for farmers.Under the background of common prosperity proposed by the rural revitalization strategy,the "planting for raising" industrial model promoted by farmers in the transitional zone between agriculture and animal husbandry aggravated the contradiction between their continuous income increase and the deterioration of living environment.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to find out the causes and solutions of the contradiction between household income increase and human settlement environment,and to promote the coordinated development of household income increase and human settlement environment.This paper takes Siziwang Banner as the research area,selects five typical administrative villages and 169 households of Siziwang Banner for investigation.Firstly,the index system of human settlement environment level at village level and household level is constructed.The index at household level focuses on measuring the cleanliness of human settlement environment and the tolerance of farmers to pollution,while the index at village level focuses on measuring the cleanliness of human settlement environment and the perfection of infrastructure.Likert scale assignment method was used to measure the living environment level of households and villages at average level and poor level respectively.There are three models for the development of farmers’ breeding industry,namely,separation outside the hospital,separation in the hospital and non-separation in the hospital.Secondly,according to the questionnaire survey,the income data of 169 farmers are obtained.The results show that the income of farmers developing aquaculture has increased significantly.By introducing the coupling coordination degree model,building the appraisal model of farmers’ income and living environment coordinated development,measure siziwang five typical village farmers’ income and living environment coordination level.Among them,Dongba village was moderately maladjusted,Majuangwa village was mildly maladjusted,Zhonghao village was barely coordinated,tukemu village and Da Xindi village were in the primary coordinated state.The lack of productive infrastructure is the key to the deterioration of farmers’ living environment,and there is no significant correlation between the willingness of farmers to invest to improve their living environment and the increase of income.Finally,in order to change the current situation of low level of coupling and coordinated development between farmers’ income and human settlement environment,it is necessary to make up for the shortcomings of infrastructure and optimize the supply level of human settlement environment.Implementing village greening,beautification and lighting projects to strengthen village appearance construction;To mark the goal of "human and animal separation",rationally plan the courtyard pattern;We will fully mobilize the subjective will of farmers and give play to the role of market players.
