China’s livestock and poultry farming industry has a long history of development,and since the reform and opening up,with the adjustment of agricultural production structure,livestock and poultry farming gradually occupies a dominant position,but then also brings a lot of environmental problems.Jilin Province is an important agricultural production province in China,and the development potential of livestock and poultry farming is large,and livestock and poultry farming is also the main economic industry for the development of rural agriculture in Jilin Province.Jilin Province produces a large amount of livestock manure and urine every year,but because of the relatively backward farm waste treatment technology,the disconnection between farming and planting is serious,and livestock manure and urine cannot be fully utilized;and because of the small land area and dense water network,it is easy to cause pollution to the surrounding soil and water bodies.In view of this,this paper will take Jilin Province as the research area,analyze the current situation of pollution of arable land,water bodies and atmosphere by livestock and poultry farming in Jilin Province,so as to explore the comprehensive environmental effects of livestock and poultry farming pollution in Jilin Province.At the same time,the resourceization potential of livestock and poultry farming in Jilin Province was analyzed at the level of fertilization and energyization.Finally,the development trend of livestock and poultry farming in Jilin Province was predicted based on the policies introduced by the province and the number of livestock and poultry farming in the past 17 years.In this way,a theoretical basis is provided for the sustainable development of livestock and poultry farming in Jilin Province.The following conclusions were obtained through this paper.1、From 2010 to 2019,the amount of livestock and poultry manure and urine production and pollutants in Jilin Province generally showed a fluctuating downward trend.Among the cities(states),Changchun City has the most manure and urine production and the least amount of pollutants,and Baishan City has the least.Jilin Province,arable land,water bodies,livestock and poultry breeding environmental risk level is generally fluctuating downward trend.Among them,Baishan City has the highest environmental risk grade of arable land;Songyuan City has the highest pollution index of water bodies equivalents.2010 to 2019,the intensity of greenhouse gas emissions from livestock and poultry farming in Jilin Province showed a fluctuating downward trend,that is,the economic benefits of livestock and poultry farming effectively increased,of which Yanbian Prefecture has the highest intensity and low economic benefits of poultry farming,while Tonghua City has the least and the highest economic benefits.From the perspective of the comprehensive environmental effects of livestock and poultry farming,Jilin Province can be divided into 3 parts,including eastern,central and southern Jilin Province,and south-central and northwestern Jilin Province.The development of livestock and poultry farming in the eastern part of Jilin Province is suitable to adopt the model of integrating livestock and fish;the central and southern parts should adopt the principle of combining prevention and control;the south-central and north-western parts can vigorously promote the way of combining agriculture and livestock.2、2010 to 2019,Jilin Province manure and urine nutrients and biogas production is fluctuating downward trend,to 2019 the province’s livestock and poultry manure and urine nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient content,respectively,can replace 36.69%and 22.15%of the application of chemical fertilizers by farmers,the replacement value of 1.699 billion yuan.Among cities(states),Baishan City has the highest fertilizer replacement rate,while Changchun City has the highest replacement output value.2019 biogas production of livestock manure and urine in the province is 3564.91×106m3,which can replace 1 913.79×106m3of natural gas,148.48 million t of liquefied petroleum gas,and can produce 5.096 billion KWh of electricity.Among them,Changchun City has the highest biogas production and Baishan City has the least.The most CO2emissions can be avoided when all the biogas produced is used for electricity for urban residents.3、From 2022 to 2026,the amount of livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin Province is on an upward trend,influenced by changes in the structure of livestock and poultry breeding,the N warning value of arable land in the province is I,which is low risk,and the P warning value of arable land and water body environmental risk level are both I,which is no risk,and the informatization potential is also on an upward trend.
