| The Central Document No.1 points out that efforts should be made to vigorously develop silage feed,accelerate the promotion of straw-based animal husbandry,and form a circular development of planting and breeding to enhance the ecological surrounding and help raise farmers’ revenue.Jilin Province,as a main food production province,has a large lot of geoponic yield in the province’s all-out profitable outcome,and changes in farmers’ revenue are great meaning to the province’s utility growth.meanwhile,studying the development and economic benefits of circular agriculture is of great significance for enhancing the income standard of regional citizen and raising the modernization of agriculture.This article first analyzes the mechanism of promoting farmers’ income through the development of integrated planting and breeding circular agriculture,combining relevant concepts,theories,and existing research,and then investigates the current development status and main models of integrated planting and breeding circular agriculture in Jilin Province.For this reason,using the entropy method,a comprehensive evaluation system for the progression of concorded implantation and raising circular agriculture is composed from four directions: social and economic exportation,decreasing of agricultural resource entry,recovery of agricultural resources,and agricultural environmental security,using correlative data from Jilin Province from2000 to 2020 as models.On this basis,the VAR model is utilized for push reply assay and variance decomposition to enquire the impact path and contribution rate of integrated planting and breeding circular agriculture on farmers’ income in Jilin Province.The central conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall,the level of development of integrated planting and breeding circular agriculture in Jilin Province can be divided into two stages: a fluctuation stage from 2000 to 2009 and a rapid rise stage from 2009 to 2020.In terms of various indicators,the problem of resource reduction,such as chemical input,needs to be urgently solved,and the overall index of agricultural resource environmental safety shows a gradually decreasing trend.(2)In this research sample,the development of integrated circular agriculture,which combines planting and breeding,can be enhanced by the growth of revenue generated by farmers’ households.However,statistical analysis suggests that simply readjusting the methods of planting and breeding may not necessarily lead to an increase in farmers’ household operating income.Instead,the growth of wage income for farmers is more likely to drive the expansion of integrated circular agriculture.(3)Following the implementation of appropriate policies and measures,the potential benefits of integrated circular agriculture can be fully realized,and the response to the impact is significantly enhance d in the first two periods,reaching a peak of-0.026 in the second period,and the impact slows down in the second to fourth periods.Among the two variables of farmers’ household operating income and the development of integrated planting and breeding circular agriculture,the response to self-impact in one variable is initially the highest.(4)The pulling effect of the development of integrated planting and breeding circular agriculture in the first few periods is relatively strong,and its contribution rate to farmers’ per capita net income continues to rise rapidly,but the momentum gradually slows down after a period of time.After analyzing the results,the following policy suggestions are put forward:The administration ought to increase education and direction,encourage the growth of circular economy in rural areas,enhance the degree of automation,study and innovate cutting-edge technologies,and facilitate the spread of related information.Moreover,it is crucial to distribute the expenses of circular farming equally and set up efficient promotion systems. |
