Research On Optimization Of Customized Product Development Project Management Process Of AI Company

Construction hardware industry is related to the development of national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards of important industry,in the process of urbanization and urbanization construction has strong stability and non-substitution.The building hardware industry shows the characteristics of intensive capital and technology,large market capacity,obvious scale benefits,and so on.At the current stage,due to the combination of domestic "three red lines" control policies and foreign epidemic factors,the building hardware industry is in a continuous downturn,bringing greater financial pressure to the whole industry.The combination of these factors has brought certain impact and influence on the building fittings industry.AI Company is a foreign-funded company,mainly engaged in the development,production and sales of middle-end and high-end building hardware products,as well as building accessories and other related hardware products.It is a relatively large enterprise in the foreign building hardware industry.The company’s products have been widely used in the construction market of real estate,airport,station,subway station,underground pipeline and pipe gallery.In nearly three years from 2020 to2022,the cost of the main raw materials of construction hardware will continue to rise,with an increase of nearly 60%.Compared with that before 2020,the export freight of European shipping routes will nearly double.Due to the emergence of many factors that lead to rising costs,the cost control strategy fails to effectively contain and mitigate the rise in product prices,and the coping strategy turns to finding solutions at the selling price end,that is,constantly increasing the selling price to ensure the overall profit of the company.However,repeated price increases directly affect the sales volume of products,which is not a sustainable solution.Based on the long-term development of the company,only the implementation of customized product development can achieve high value-added products,is the source of enterprise competitiveness,and enhance the corporate image,while maintaining the company’s product development ability,full and effective use of production resources and management resources.Based on the company’s goal of implementing customized product development,combined with the company’s original project management process,it is found that the original process cannot meet the needs of the company’s current development.Therefore,based on the current actual situation of AI company,this paper realizes the optimization of AI company’s customized product development project management process.First of all,this paper introduces the related theories of project management and business process optimization involved in this optimization,and introduces the methods used in the optimization process of the entire customized product project management process.Secondly,the project management process used before the optimization of AI company was introduced,and interviews were set to understand the problems existing in the current project management process of the company.On this basis,the project management process of AI company was divided into five stages,and the problems obtained from the interviews were divided and elaborated according to the five stages.Based on the relevant theories introduced above and the cause analysis of the problems in each stage of the project management process of AI company,the optimization scheme of the customized product development project management process of AI Company is designed.In the development and design stage of the customized product development project management process,the preferential procurement strategy of parts with long delivery time was added,and the internal drawing review process was optimized.In the parts procurement stage of customized product development project management process,the parts procurement confirmation process is newly added,the original outsourcing parts ordering method is optimized,and the strategy of modular ordering is adopted.Add statistics and records of wasted hours during assembly and commissioning of products.In the project acceptance phase of customized products,new product debugging problem point records are added,so as to provide a basis for the improvement and tracking of subsequent problems.And after the completion of project acceptance,a new project delivery summary is added.Finally,the optimized customized product development project management process will always encounter some kind of resistance in the implementation process,so it needs the strong support of senior leaders and the perfect company system to guarantee.Thus,the project management training and assessment system is established to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized customized product development project management process.
