Study On Optimization Of Packaging Process Of Customized Wardrobe Products

In the contemporary furniture industry,custom furniture has become the priority choice of today's consumers.Compared with traditional furniture,One of the characteristics of customized wardrobe packaging is that the size and specifications are more flexible than the traditional finished furniture.For example,the size and specifications of the side panel,the back panel,the cabinet body board are different,which makes the difficulty of unified packaging specifications increase when designing the packaging size.Another major feature of the custom wardrobe is that most of the board is produced in different places,and the logistics field,agents and other places need to be moved in the process of transportation,and the process of loading and unloading has been experienced many times.If the packaging is not good,the product may be damaged and other problems may occur due to the influence of external factors on the way.This not only causes a certain loss to the manufacturer,but also may prolong the installation cycle,delay the installation progress,reduce customer satisfaction,and thus have a great impact on the reputation of the enterprise.In order to avoid this adverse result,different production enterprises should be based on the actual needs of different products,scientific and reasonable optimization of the packaging process,to ensure that customized wardrobe on time and quality delivery installation.This topic chooses the European custom wardrobe product packaging process as the object of analysis and improvement,carries on the deep analysis and exploration to its packaging materials,packaging process and logistics transportation,systematically analyzes the possible problems in the transportation process,and puts forward the reasonable and effective optimization scheme to solve the above problems.First of all,this paper analyzes the packaging materials and basic characteristics of customized wardrobe products,and through preliminary research,summarizes the basic process of customized wardrobe product packaging process,and detailed description and combing of each step of the packaging process,so as to analyze the factors that affect the packaging quality of customized wardrobe.Secondly,through field research and data statistical analysis,this paper makes statistics on the packaging damage of Europai enterprises in 2018 and summarizes and analyzes the damage situation.Track and investigate the workshop packaging process and logistics transportation process,identify and record the existing problems,and analyze the reasons.Analyze the existing packaging materials and find out the defects and deficiencies of the materials.At the same time,analysis of the same type of enterprises packaging status and process improvement measures.The optimization direction is put forward through the investigation results of Europe Pai enterprises and similar enterprises.Finally,from the customization wardrobe product packaging process,packaging materials and structure design,logistics and transportation specifications of the three aspects of optimization,and the optimized scheme effect verification.The verification results show that compared with the packaging process before optimization,the breakage rate of all kinds of plates is reduced,and the shipping loss rate of cabinet body is reduced from 1.69%to 1.09%.The loss rate of hardware functional parts decreased significantly from 1.72%to 0.17%.Compared with the previous packaging process,the overall more standard,but also improve the overall packaging efficiency.
