The rapid development of China's economy has raised the daily consumption level of the people, and people began to pursue a higher level of material life, such as the family owned cars. While a significant increase in the amount of car buying has driven the rapid development of the tire manufacturing company, but the domestic tire manufacturing enterprises have many problems of complicated management process, lack of capacity, long production cycle.Facing the competition of international enterprises,it is urgent to improve their competitiveness, shorten production cycle and improve production capacity,so as to effectively improve their actual production efficiency and form competitive advantage.Based on the idea of lean production and project management, this paper analyzes the management process, production process and technological process of Y Tire Company by means of industrial engineering method,in order to optimize and improve the bottleneck process of insufficient production capacity, then evaluate the project optimization effect. This production process optimization project effectively shorten the bottleneck of their work time, shorten the production cycle, the production cycle improvement rate of up to 25%;production capacity can be upgraded to the design capacity, the capacity increase rate of over 13%;while producing The optimization of the organizational structure led to a significant improvement in the company's management processes and work efficiency, and the improvement rate of processing efficiency of more than 11% significantly improved Y-tire company's competitiveness. This will not only help Y company's long-term development, but also for other companies in the industry in the project management and application of lean production provides an empirical reference.
