Tianlin To Leye Highway Construction Project Research On Overall Process Environmental Management

Highway construction projects are speedily developing in recent years,however,the following environmental issues including ecological destruction and environmental pollution problems are also increasingly prominent.China has initially established a highway construction project environmental management system based on environmental impact assessment and environmental protection acceptance,but it can’t cover the overall process of highway construction projects because of the large scope and long duration.Therefore improving the overall process of highway construction project environmental management is the fundamental method to reduce the scope and degree of highway the environmental impact.In this paper,we focus on the overall process of highway construction project environmental management,and study the latest research and development stage of highway construction project environmental management.Then we take Tianlin Leye highway as an example,to analyze the status and problems of the overall process environmental management,aim to explore ways of improving the environmental management of the overall process of highway construction projects.According to the analysis,we found several ways to perfect overall process of highway construction projects environmental management:improving laws and regulations,strengthening cooperation of participants at all stages,strengthening public participation during the whole process,optimizing technology and methods of environmental management,enhancing track of the environmental assessment.
