| China’s "14th five year plan" points out that we should vigorously develop the sustainable strategy and improve the utilization efficiency of resources.This requires enterprises to thoroughly implement the principles and policies of recyclable and green development,and realize a virtuous cycle of society,nature and economy on the premise of reducing environmental pollution in the production and manufacturing process.Second hand products are typical product reuse.The rise of second-hand market is an effective way to realize green and sustainable economic development.However,due to the unclear use of second-hand products,the after-sales service is not guaranteed,and the quality and reliability are questioned by the public,which hinders the operation of second-hand market.In order to promote the sustainable development of the second-hand market,some dealers began to implement quality assurance services for second-hand products,but this also increased the operating costs of dealers.How to determine the quality assurance cost of second-hand products and solve the problems of difficult classification and pricing of quality assurance services,so as to meet the interests of dealers and customers at the same time,has become an important issue in the development of second-hand market.Firstly,different from other relevant studies aimed at minimizing the quality assurance cost,this paper is based on dealers and believes that the less the number of fault claims,the higher the value of the product.Since most dealers of second-hand products have doubts about the composition and specific situation of the quality assurance cost of products,this paper takes the quality assurance cost of the whole process of second-hand product recovery as the research object,studies the cost of each stage in the recovery process,considers the quality classification of second-hand products after recovery and consumers’ willingness to purchase quality assurance services,combined with the recovery cost The reliability improvement cost and warranty cost of quality classification study the warranty cost of second-hand products in the whole process.In the current market environment where the quality assurance service in the second-hand market is highly questioned,it is very important to study the impact of various factors on the quality assurance cost and determine the quality assurance cost in the whole process of second-hand product recovery.This paper focuses on the whole process of second-hand product recovery,including a series of quality assurance processes such as second-hand product recovery,quality classification,reliability improvement and after-sales quality assurance service.Explore the quality assurance cost of the whole process of second-hand product recovery from the perspective of one-dimensional quality assurance and two-dimensional quality assurance,and solve the problem of quality assurance pricing.Firstly,the one-dimensional warranty cost model of second-hand products for the whole process is established,including recovery cost,reliability improvement cost based on quality classification and warranty claim cost.When establishing the model,the influence of consumers’ purchase intention of quality assurance service and the proportion of quality upgrading on quality assurance cost is considered.It is found that the longer the warranty period,the higher the value of reliability improvement,and the higher the degree of reliability improvement;After the reliability of the return warranty strategy reaches a certain threshold,the higher the reliability,the shorter the warranty period.At this time,the smaller the probability of product failure and the smaller the return warranty cost.Secondly,considering the two variables of use time and cumulative use,a twodimensional warranty cost model of second-hand products for the whole process is established.In the whole recovery process,the recovery cost model considering two variables,the reliability improvement cost model based on quality classification and the warranty claim cost model are established respectively.The research shows that under the rectangular warranty strategy,the increase of warranty cost of products with low initial utilization rate is less than that of products with high initial utilization rate;The longer the warranty period of L-type warranty strategy,the greater the increase of warranty cost caused by reliability improvement.Finally,it is pointed out that a reasonable reliability improvement scheme in twodimensional quality assurance service can not only help dealers improve consumer satisfaction,but also provide a reference for dealers who provide quality assurance service to understand the quality assurance cost in each stage,make reliability improvement decisions and price quality assurance service. |
