Research Of RG Chemical Industry Park Supervisory System Project Quality Management In DR Corporation

At present,human beings are facing serious environmental issues.Along with the rapid development,human beings and the environment impact on each other.The environment deterioration becomes a severe problem in China.With the increasing attention to the environment,people’s awareness of environmental remediation is gradually increasing.The state concerned about the environment increasing,and the awareness of environmental remediation is also enhanced.The state also has issued a series of regulatory policies.Departments and institutions are improving their own supervisory system while continuously increasing the intensity of environmental governance.The supervision system of chemical industry park is a multi-functional integrated system,which not only needs to make exact supervision on every process of all enterprises in the park,but also needs to detect the indicators of each waste discharged accurately.Based on the theory of project quality management,combined with the current quality management system and software development project management process of DR Corporation,RG chemical industry park supervisory system is chosen as research subject of this thesis.The main quality management activities in each stage of the project would be analyzed and deeply studied.This thesis would expound the corresponding activities,and define the tasks and implementation methods of quality plan、quality assurance and quality control in each stage of the project.Finally,it would summarize the quality assurance methods of each important node in RG Chemical Industry Park supervision system software projectDR Corporation is one of the first batch of "Intelligent Chemical Park Alliance"member units in China,and RG Chemical Park supervision system project is DR Corporation’s first intelligent chemical park software system project.Through the analysis and summary of RG Chemical Industry Park supervision system software project quality management activities,this thesis summarizes the quality plan and quality assurance method that can meet the supervision system of intelligent chemical industry park,to ensure that the supervision system with wide coverage,large amount of data and complex module structure meets the project quality objectives,and also provides practical reference for other intelligent chemical industry park supervision system projects.
