| In recent years,China’s economy has shown a rapid growth trend.Especially in the context of the continuous progress of science and technology,China’s economic strength is becoming stronger and stronger.At the same time,the chemical industry is constantly improving the project quality standards and requirements.Especially in recent years,the frequent accidents in the chemical industry have caused great negative impact on the society and the environment.Therefore,how to improve the quality of new chemical projects and make them safe and stable operation and maintenance for a long time is a problem of great concern to the government and people at present.The quality control of the project runs through the whole process of project start-up,customized production of equipment,transportation,arrival of goods,open-box acceptance,installation,commissioning and acceptance of the project.The main purpose of this paper is to study the project quality at every stage of the project by establishing an effective quality control system and taking effective quality assurance measures in the whole implementation process of the new project.The influencing factors should be effectively supervised and controlled so as to improve the quality of the project.In the process of analysis and research,many research methods are adopted,such as literature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey,inductive analysis and so on.Firstly,the author introduces the background of this study,expounds the value of this study,and combs and summarizes the existing research results at home and abroad.Based on the above contents,the corresponding research methods are selected,and the guiding role is provided for the following discussion.Secondly,the paper elaborates the related project quality management theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for guiding and researching the quality of SF company’s tail gas reconstruction project.Thirdly,the general situation of SF company’s tail gas transformation project is introduced,and the quality control system and guarantee measures of the project are introduced.And elaborated in detail the key quality control content in each development stage of the project.And put forward the defects and shortcomings in project quality management,through in-depth analysis to find out the causes of these defects and shortcomings.Finally,aiming at the quality problems,the improvement strategies are put forward,and the effect of the project after implementation is evaluated.By using the method of analytic hierarchy process,the index evaluation system and post-evaluation model of the project are established,and the final post-evaluation results of the project are obtained by calculating with the help of mathematical tools. |
