Cotton Instrumentation Notarization Inspection Quality Assurance

Cotton quality inspection system is a part of cotton circulation system and plays an indispensable role in cotton quality assurance,improving economic benefit of companies and enhancing the country's macro-control ability.Instrumental notarial inspection of cotton is the key point of the reform of cotton inspection system and the quality of a laboratory will effect the accuracy and reliability of the inspection data.First of all,this paper introduces the background of Chinese and international cotton inspection systems and introduce the HVI(High Volume Instrument)quality assurance of cotton inspection in America,points out that instrumental notarial inspection of cotton is the key point of reform cotton inspection system.And introduces the forming,development and construction of instrumental notarial inspection of cotton in China,in addition,presents the current situation of instrumental notarial inspection in the Jingmen Sub-Bureau of Hubei Provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau.Futhermore,introduces the test specifications and calibrations of HVI,the main equipment we used for instrumental notarial inspection in China.Secondly,based on relevant standards,the paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the influence on cotton instrumental inspection quality in terms of system,personnel,sample,instrument,humiture,information system,reference material and quality control,explores the development and management mode of instrument notarial inspection,puts forward methods and suggestions to improve the quality of instrumental notarial inspection.Improve the fairness,accuracy and reliability of notarial inspection data provided by the lab,achieving the goal of the scientificalness,fairness,accuracy and reliability of instrumental notarial inspection through the assessment of actualization results.Finally,the paper summarizes several common problems in instrumental notarial inspection and proposes countermeasures accordingly based on practical working experience in instrumental notarial inspection.Innovations of the paper is that the author emphasizes the importance of quality assurance,analyses its impact on inspection results and puts forward countermeasures accordingly on the basis of the local circumstances of Jingmen Sub-Bureau.
