| In May 2018,the National Eco-environment Protection Conference was held in Beijing,which proposed to take industrial ecology as an important part of the ecological civilization construction system and open a new stage of ecological environmental protection in the new era.Industrial ecology incorporates resource consumption and environmental pollution caused by production activities in the industrial system into the cycle of the large ecosystem,and realizes the closed-loop cycle and sustainable development of the industry and ecosystem.As a typical resource-based province in China,Shanxi Province means that the long-term development model of relying on minerals,coal and other resources has not only excessively consumed resources,but also damaged the ecological environment.By improving the ecological environment,improving the level of industrial ecology,and truly realizing the harmonious coexistence between man and nature,it is the only way to achieve high-quality economic development in Shanxi Province.Therefore,the industrial ecological development level of Shanxi Province was evaluated by measuring the efficiency of industrial ecology.This paper first summarizes and sorts out the research progress of industrial ecology at home and abroad,establishes the theoretical framework of industrial ecological development,clarifies the relevant concepts and connotations of industrial ecology,and briefly introduces and analyzes the ecological environment and industrial development status of Shanxi Province.According to the current situation of industrial ecological development in Shanxi Province,based on the statistical data of Shanxi Province and 11 prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2020,the evaluation index system was constructed,firstly,the super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index were used to analyze the temporal evolution characteristics of industrial ecological efficiency in Shanxi Province,and static and dynamic analysis were carried out respectively,and secondly,the spatial structure evolution of industrial ecological efficiency in Shanxi Province was analyzed by using ArcGIS software related tools.The results show that the industrial ecological efficiency of Shanxi Province showed an upward trend from 2010 to 2020.The industrial ecological efficiency of the four cities of Taiyuan,Yangquan,Shuozhou and Xinzhou all showed a high level,while the industrial ecological efficiency of Jinzhong in the three major regions of Shanxi Province was the best.From 2010 to2020,the average ML index of industrial ecological efficiency in Shanxi Province was 1.096,indicating that the growth of industrial ecological efficiency in Shanxi Province was mainly due to the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency in Shanxi Province due to technological progress.The Tobit model and SDM model were used to analyze the main influencing factors and spatial spillover effects of industrial ecological efficiency in Shanxi Province.The results show that the level of economic development,industrial structure and scientific and technological innovation are significantly positively correlated with industrial ecological efficiency,the level of opening up and environmental regulation are significantly negatively correlated with industrial ecological efficiency,and the urbanization level and financial pressure are not significant.There is a spatial correlation between cities in Shanxi Province,the level of economic development,industrial structure and scientific and technological innovation have significant positive spatial spillover effects on the development of industrial ecology in local and adjacent areas,the level of opening up and environmental regulation have significant negative spatial spillover effects,and the level of urbanization and financial pressure are not significant.Finally,according to the above research conclusions,combined with the current situation of Shanxi Province,the policy suggestions for improving the efficiency of industrial ecology in Shanxi Province should be improved from three aspects:economic development,policy system and scientific and technological innovation,in order to provide reference for the development of industrial ecology in Shanxi Province. |
